About me

Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Rachel Cipkar moved to Vancouver, B.C. to pursue a career in Makeup Artistry. After graduating from John Casablancas Institute in 2016, she has been working in the industry ever since! She has since made her way to Toronto, where she now services clients across the GTA.
